Tyrakowski v. City of San Bernadino:
successfully sued the City of San Bernadino police department for the shooting and killing of a Polish citizen on behalf of his mother, another Polish citizen. Referred the case by the Polish consulate
Polish Pastoral Center case:
successfully defended a lawsuit against the Polish church in San Jose for construction costs allegedly owed. Handled the church's defense pro bono and obtained a defense verdict (holding nothing was owed by the church)
Polish American Congress litigation:
Have represented the Polish American Congress in various cases since 1989, including a case successfully recovering sums embezzled from a Polish charity |
